Gameplay screen - top left corner shows the time left before the player wins the level, top right corner shows the pause button. Planet currently shows sections which are too hot, too cold, and perfect. Light rings around the planet show where to aim to keep the planet
Last level - difficulty is increased by requiring the player to manage the head of two planets

In Radiance, the player controls the sun and moves it around a planet, giving heat to the planet. The planet also cools down if not tended to, so the player must ensure that the planet does not freeze from no heat, or burn from too much heat. The game consists of four levels, and each level introduces a new challenge.
My roles during the development were initial concept development, programming the game mechanics, level design, menu design, and typography. Yaohui Chai produced all sprites and backgrounds. This was a collaborative effort, and every aspect of the game was discussed and approved together.
